FAQs
How long will it take?
The short answer: it depends. Delivery times are often affected by my availability and creative or adaptation projects can take longer, even if the content itself is shorter. Providing reference material, glossaries, style guides or a contact for terminology questions (bonus points for this!) will speed things up and ensure consistency across your communications.
I’m a web/graphic designer. Fancy working together?
Sounds good! I work with a fair few designers already, crafting read-me content to go with their look-at-me designs. Drop me a line and we can work out the details.
I already have content. Can you spruce it up?
No problem. Get in touch and we can work out whether you need proofreading, more in-depth editing or adaptation.
I’m not sure what I need. Can you help?
Of course. We can set a time to chat and I’d be happy to talk you through your options. Even if you don’t have a specific need right now, get in touch so that I can advise you and make sure I’m free when you need me.
When can I contact you?
I’m available on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (UK time). An additional charge may apply for projects outside of these hours. I aim to respond to emails within 24 hours on working days. If I’m away or unavailable, I always set up an automatic response so you know when to expect a reply.
