FAQs

How long will it take?

The short answer: it depends. Delivery times are often affected by my availability and creative or adaptation projects can take longer, even if the content itself is shorter. Providing reference material, glossaries, style guides or a contact for terminology questions (bonus points for this!) will speed things up and ensure consistency across your communications.

I’m a web/graphic designer. Fancy working together?

Sounds good! I work with a fair few designers already, crafting read-me content to go with their look-at-me designs. Drop me a line and we can work out the details.

I already have content. Can you spruce it up?

No problem. Get in touch and we can work out whether you need proofreading, more in-depth editing or adaptation.

I’m not sure what I need. Can you help?

Of course. We can set a time to chat and I’d be happy to talk you through your options. Even if you don’t have a specific need right now, get in touch so that I can advise you and make sure I’m free when you need me.

When can I contact you?

I’m available on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (UK time). An additional charge may apply for projects outside of these hours. I aim to respond to emails within 24 hours on working days. If I’m away or unavailable, I always set up an automatic response so you know when to expect a reply.

Don’t just take my word for it…

“I’ve been working with Megan on various copywriting, editing, proofreading and SEO copywriting projects for over 5 years now and I’m extremely grateful for all the professional help and creative linguistic touch that she has put into all of our projects together. Megan’s quality of work is very high and the projects are always delivered on time, with extra advice given, so that we can consider the best options for our texts. We work together on many projects, sometimes a few at a time and I found Megan amazing to work with, accommodating, always friendly and easy to communicate with and adaptable to our different kinds of projects and client requests. Our clients are always happy with Megan’s linguistic help and I feel like she’s a part of our team as she understands and takes care to understand what her clients want and need. I really enjoy working with Megan and I hope to work with her for years to come!”
